Yesterday was a long one. We were sent into the ER around 4:30 pm after days of worsening very localized back pain, rib pain and pain when breathing. Migraines, worsening chronic pain and fatigue. The concern was a pulmonary embolism. A chest CT instead revealed both lungs full of nodules. We finally got up ti a room and to sleep around 2:30 this AM. Tate is getting IV narcotics Q3, but is lackingin restful sleep.
We are sitting at the edge of the dark tunnel that fills your thoughts with worst case scenarios. Not sure where we’ll land, but likely lots more tests are around the corner.
