Happy St. Patty’s Day!
Quick update this morning…..(I cannot post videos and pics together on this platform, but wanted to share the fun video)
The best news is that Tate’s ANC tripled overnight and hit 620! 3 days in a row over 500 and she’ll have neutrophil engraftment! So exciting! Kids often get fever and rash with engraftment. She started to get a little rash last night and it disappeared. So far, with engraftment, it’s all crazy goodness!
Last night was good. A little early morning vomiting to spice things up, but par for the course with the mucositis. She’s tolerating the precedex/sedation med wean well. One more click down and we should go back upstairs today. Looking forward to a little more privacy, our own bathroom and a bathtub for Tate! And of course, all the familiar faces.
