Day 3 of IVIG was a long one. An unresponsive and super sleepy Tate led to calls with her Neurologist and Rheumatologist and a transfer to the emergency room. I’m SO grateful for our North nurses who know Tate so well and knew right away something wasn’t right. Tate was transported by ambulance as a direct admit to Main campus late Friday night and is sporting an EEG cap to cover the electrodes.
I’m praying that we get some clear answers and even that cultures drawn today will finally grow so we have something to treat.
