Tate’s BP didn’t hold long. Yesterday morning she started having episodes of low Blood pressure again. I’ve also pulled blood clots off her line both days we’ve been home. I can’t put into words the frustration and worry that comes with that. We’re going to try a new medication to see if it keeps her pressure up a little better. Currently, there isn’t mich we can do about the clots.

Tate did make it out to eat with all of us for Drew’s Birthday. It’s been a long time since we’ve been out as a family. It was really so fun! It was a lot for her though and last night ended in tears with pain.

She’s feeling pretty crummy. Restful Sleep comes slowly when getting back home for both Tate and I. She doesn’t have as good of pain coverage without the IV pain meds and I don’t have her amazing nurses or a CR monitor. Never before have I missed the all night long alarms. But we’re entering new territory once again. Praying for a better sleep night tonight.

Our days have been busy with follow up appointments with so many more to come. I’m savoring the banter that is family, coffee in a mug, and my little dog sidekicks that follow me everywhere. Tate is really struggling with the emotional toll of declining health . Shes received some sweet surprises that have brought smiles. Thank You!! Check out her hoodie with a built in eye mask. You can bet it’s become a fast favorite and a cozy way to escape .
