Still no growth on blood cultures 36 hours in. Still sick. Tate Sept all day yesterday. She looks rough and feels rough. Our home hospital is keeping her out of the real hospital. Grateful for all the things to be home but not sure what’s really going on with her.
4 years later from this “home on hospice” memory and too much life and medical has happened to recap. Sentiments are similar only more people have come and gone. We have more little friends in heaven. People move on. Our hearts are more bruised, but we’re more resilient too. Life continues on around us and for us too. Definitely a different path than anticipated but God still remains the constant.
